Who wouldn’t love a little help making over their home? I know I’d appreciate it! There are several things we’d love to do to our home that just aren’t at the top of the priority list. Especially as the economy dives and things become tighter and tighter. Things like home improvements get pushed way down on the list.

If we won we would have a hard time choosing between the master bedroom and the kitchen. Maybe we’d split the winnings between the two rooms. I’d love some new flooring in both rooms and our kitchen counters have seen better days. New windows in the master bedroom would be sweet, too. It would be cool to transform the whole look and feel of these rooms. I’d even enjoy exploring the possibilities of trying out some new scents for our home. This might be particularly enjoyable in the master bedroom. We use candles right now because we love to relax with different scents. It’s amazing how a scent can change your whole mood and feeling. Smell has a powerful effect on how you feel, that is for sure.

To the right is a picture of my kitchen here and now today. It’s a well-used kitchen that has served us well, but it could do with a few updates. Nothing major, but there are some things that would be nice.
