Hidden for years, but now finally been uncovered…beneath another oil painting by Vincent van Gogh of all places.

The peasant woman has been recently revealed by Dutch experts using the latest X-Ray techniques on the 1887 masterpiece, Patch of Grass.

Experts say that this shows how economical the painter was – to be frequently re-using the same canvas.
