TUSTIN, Calif. — Nov. 30, 2009 – Good Day LA host Jillian (Barberie) Reynolds (Fox11) and Eyewitness News morning anchor Phillip Palmer (KABC) have the best hair in the local, morning TV scene. The two topped an independent survey conducted by the Los Angeles region of Fantastic Sams Hair Salons.
Second place in the anchorwoman / host category went to Michaela Pereira (KTLA) in Los Angeles County, Laura Diaz (CBS2) in Orange County and Jennifer Bjorklund (KNBC) in the Inland Empire. Steve Edwards (KTLA) came in a close second in all three geographic areas in the anchorman / host category.
“Fantastic Sams congratulates Jullian and Phillip,” said LA Region Board President Marilyn Tokatly. “Great hair is always an asset. Michaela, Laura, Jennifer and Steve, just between us, I think that Fantastic Sams can help you break out of the number two position. Call me!”

I live in Los Angeles, and Laura Diaz definitely brings the news to you. I didn’t realize how hard she has worked to get to where she was. She definitely is “Laura Diaz Anchor”. I wasn’t aware that news anchor Laura Diaz had an Imagen award. I thought only actors get those. Guess I have a lot ot learn. At either rate, great article!!!
