John Kavanaugh has no income or home…but he does have principles.

Recently Kavanaugh found an envelope with $50 and $100 bills in it and he turned it over to local police.

The money belongs to Robert Stauffer, an attorney, who lost the envelope through a hole in his coat pocket. Stauffer had the cash earmarked for getting some mortgages recorded.

Stauffer plans to meet Kavanaugh to give him a reward. Stauffer also plans to give a donation to a shelter or food pantry Kavanaugh frequents.
