I love cooking…especially using a variety of different herbs and spices to add interest and zippy flavor to my cooking. I used to have one of those round spice racks that sits on the counter and you rotate it around to find the spice you need. Then my counter began filling up with appliances and I decided to get rid of the spice rack to make room on the counter.

Right now, I use a cupboard above my counter to hold my many spices. Sometimes I think that it would make more sense to clear the spices out of the cupboard, use it for something else and get a

wall spice rack to conserve even more space in my kitchen.

There are so many different kitchen spice racks available nowadays that there is something to appeal to everyone. I tend to prefer more simple designs, a little oak and I’m happy. I’m sure I could find something pretty on this website. I especially like the ones that seal the spices and herb compartments against flavor loss. After all, who wants to use a dull and lifeless herb or spice to flavor their cooking? Not me!
