Bedroom redo anyone? Come on…it sounds like fun to me!

I love the idea of fresh new linens in the bedroom…especially with the cold-weather season coming on. I have a handmade quilt on my bed with a lofty wool batting in it…so I’m covered in the comforter department…no need of anything there. But, I would love to browse through some websites, looking at bed skirts to find one that would complement the woodsy colors of my quilt. Let’s see…a royal blue or forest green bed skirt would look great, I’d say.

While I’m at it, I’d love to look at mattress covers and replace the worn one on my mattress. It seems that we can’t get more than a year or two out of a mattress cover before it’s getting threadbare. This is a good investment to keep a mattress in superior condition.

As far are satin pillowcases, I confess that I am a cotton girl. I’m not sure how I would feel about a slippery pillowcase, but I’d give it a try to see if I like it! You never know, right?
